Bringing home a puppy is exciting, and we want the process to feel just as easy. Our adoption process helps us get to know you, gives you an opportunity to get to know us, and helps make sure each puppy is headed to a home where they can thrive.
Our Adoption Process

Complete a Puppy Application
The first step is completing our Puppy Application. It gives us a little information about you, your home, what you're looking for in a puppy, and the kind of life your new companion will have.
Our application isn't a test, and we're not looking for a "perfect" home. We simply want to make sure one of our puppies is a good fit for your family and that we can help you choose the right puppy for your home and lifestyle.

Approval, Contract & Reservation
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, our Purchase Contract & Health Warranty needs to be reviewed, signed, and submitted.
Our contract outlines what you can expect from Diamondcrest, our health warranty, your responsibilities as your puppy's new family, and the terms of the purchase. We encourage you to read it carefully and ask us about anything you'd like clarified before signing.
If you're reserving a puppy before they go home with you, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required at this time. Your deposit is applied toward the total purchase price and, together with your completed contract, reserves your puppy.
If placing a deposit before a litter is born, please inquire about additional details.
If your puppy is going home with you at the time of purchase, a reservation deposit isn't necessary and payment can simply be made in full.

Getting Ready for Your Puppy
Once your puppy is reserved, we'll help you prepare for their arrival. We'll keep you updated along the way and make sure you have the information you need before your puppy comes home.
Questions are always welcome. Whether you're wondering what food to buy, what to expect during those first few nights, or whether you really need that many puppy toys... we're here to help.

Welcome Home
Then comes the best part!
When it's time for your puppy to go home, we'll make sure you have everything you need to start this next chapter together.
But going home isn't goodbye. Questions, training struggles, milestones, ridiculous Corgi stories, proud puppy-parent moments... we're here for all of it.
